SunPort Beach Resort

The location was amazing, the staff helpful. However there is no way to overcome or bypass extremely rude children. There needs to be rules for game play in areas people sit and read please.

Apparently the bathtub in the room above me leaked and the water came down through the ceiling of my sitting room several times. I told the owner but nothing changed. I left a day early because of the flood. Get it fixed please

Carolyn and Linda were fantastic hosts. The facilities far exceeded my expectationsThe playground and beach were perfect for my granddaughter to enjoy. The view from our room was beautiful. Can't wait to go back next year ?

Everything was perfect.

We have been to this resort in past years with the previous owner and it was nice and a really great time for adults and kids. Now that it is under new ownership it is, in our minds, spectacular. All of the staff and the owner are super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of great non-motorized toys for all ages for the water. There are beautiful lounge chairs for everyone and beach umbrellas. You don't need to bring your own chairs.. The beach and the water itself is clean and clear and just amazing. You can forget where you are and think you're at a resort down south. The beds are comfortable and there is air-conditioning There are barbeques for all guests to use. We love going there and have already reserved for next year.

No breakfast. Location beautiful. Owner and all staff made I feel like home. Did not want to leave.

Excellent location, convenient rooms, kind and loving owners that go above and beyond for all if your needs, great vibes all around, close to attractions, restaurants and stores.

The best equipped beach in the area. Adam cares about children of all ages like they belong to one big resort family on the beach.

it was steps to the water

the first thing that hits you when you walk in is the damp musty odor. the fridge door didn't seal, had to throw out the food i brought, the drinks were luke warm. no curtains on the windows in the bedroom. the window air condition in the bedroom sounded like it was going to explode. the bed was concave. everything was so outdated and in dire need of repair or replacement. the bathroom hadn't been cleaned when we got there, hair over the toilet and in the shower. they advertise free wifi but there isn't any. we stuck it out as its non-refundable and we only had to deal with it for 3 nights. my recommendation is , stay anywhere but here

I booked 2 rooms for short stay, Room G is perfect, 1 living room(pullout sofa bed) and 1 bed room (1 QN bed), great lake view, patio for breakfast and tea time.Owner is friendly and warm; staff, Adam was awsome, helping all time!! : )all kitchen included pots and pans, smart TVs are available.activity equipments were good for all ages.

another Room I booked number (I),1 living room (2 pullout sofas) and 1 bed room, THERE WAS NO WIFI FOR ALL TIME. We had to bring cell or Ipad outside~~so bored when it was raining, You may need cook oil and salt before you cook.plus you need bring soap /shampoo for bath supply

Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely will come back again!

Rooms are a little outdated but we spent a lot of time outside so we didn't mind it.
