Clarion Hotel

The restaurant was ok .

The bathroom still had someone else’s hair in it , asked the staff twice for it to be cleaned and no one came . Only had two pillows on a double bed and getting more was very hard and only got one more . The price for the hotel is way too expensive .

Prompt and helpful.

The elevator was out. That was not mentioned so it was rough after driving to drag our suitcases up flights of stairs.

Pleasant experience, great location and semi-pleasant yet abrupt staff. Pool was nice, sauna as well but the towel bin was full and there were no clean towels available.

Definitely the cleanliness was lacking in the rooms. I found hair and dirt all over the bathroom when I came in.

Easy access, quick check-in, polite staff, spacious room.

Security guard positioned at a desk too close to front desk check-in. Good that there is security but should be in the shadows!!

Nice and clean...very quiet.

But the breakfast included was a "breakfast bag", which included an apple, half size bottle of water, stale muffin and and egg sandwich that just looked sad.

Room is not well maintained and bed sheets are not clean.

Great value. Older hotel but very nicely remodeled rooms. Pool and sauna are great addee bonuses.

Restaurant not open on Christmas and Boxing Day and no provision even for coffee and a muffin.

The beds were very comfortable.

Off-loading was a little bit difficult. I had a person on crutches with me and it was not extremely convenient to stop near a door.

Dirt in bathroom just waved off by counter staff when checking out.

Had called the hotel a week before to request 3 rooms be together. Call hotel the night before check in to double check rooms would be together was told all 3 rooms on same floor. Arrived at hotel to be told rooms where on different floors.

The food and bar and very nice staff, the gym was ok, was missing the floor but over all nice hotel.

The gym floor was missing other than that it was nice hotel.

Room service was very expensive. 3.50 delivery charge plus a built in gratuity.

Not too big, updated, clean. Central location - close to shopping, Belle park and Science North. Friendly and helpful staff.

The door swipe card/keys constantly became deactivated...pain. No breakfast/food included. The King bed was clean and seemed newer but it was lumpy. The toilet was teeny tiny plus the lid and seat don't stay up for a man to use.

Great staff- Good flexibilty for late check out-this was important since I was working in a mine on Night shift

There are no more cash deposits for damages on the room, you must have a credit card only Pool hours have changed and the pool was closed early which the stuff did not advise us and we were traveling with kids

Location

The room was very dirty, tub was filthy. The windows were sealed shut. I couldn't get any fresh air. The carpets had not been maintained or cleaned which resulted in me coughing and wheezing all night.

the only thing that was good about hotel was location.....

the room was horrible the view was none I am very disapointed the pool was not available nothing was available.... I was very thirsty so i asked for a place i could get something to drink they had vending machine and that did not work either.....
