Stairs and no elevator. I have arthritis and a bad knee. My initial room was on the third floor. There was no way I would make it. The staff found me a room on the first floor.
The room they gave me was on the third floor through a maze of hallways. My key didnt work and I had to go back to the front desk- twice. When I did get in the room it was filthy and the TV didn't work. I ended up leaving and finding a different hotel.

This hotel was over-priced and in an industrial part of Sudbury next to the mine. This hotel was obviously a converted motel as the room had a big front window. The room was small and musty. The carpets and furniture were old & drab.
Bad location, but the room was clean, the staff attentive, and the restaurant attached was very good.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The heater was very loud and on/off intermittently throughout the night. The breakfast was not worth the stay. I would have preferred to pay less to skip it and have a hot and decent breakfast anywhere else.
