Friendly staff, very clean.

A bit of the ceiling in the bathroom was in need of repair.

Parking was a disaster and a lot of seedy looking characters hanging around the outside of the hotel.

Street light located right out side window. Bright ask night. Even with blinds closed.

The reason for my answers is this. I did not get to take this trip because my husband had a bad fall. So I have no idea how the motel was, or what the staff was like. And you show no mercy, no refund or rebookings for another date. I wasted $--- dollar

I didn't see it, but I'm sure it was nice.

Size and cleanliness of the room

The only one thing I found inconvenient. Was that the mirror in the hallway qas a great size but no electrical outlet for a woman to plug her flat iron to do her hair. When someone else is in the bathroom.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, great location and good price. We loved it, no complaints and would definitely recommend.

The service was excellent in all departments from the front desk,housekeeping and restaurant staff. The room was exceptionally clean and the hotel was close to several amenities. I do not have a single complaint about anything.

Armand, the concierge, was very nice and helpful, just like everytime we go at your place. He also recognized us, which is always nice and even more welcoming.

There was no french channel as there was before, such as TVA or other.

Staff, cleanliness, conscience store good in the lobby, pillows, bed, everything was just perfect!

Only thing I would say is that I’m a very light sleeper and you can hear a pin drop outside of the room since there are no white noise mechanics in the room ‘ie the bathroom fan or heater/cooler fan are very quiet which I’m sure was something that was well thought out and perfect for most … so it wasn’t a great sleep since I could hear doors opening and closing … other then that I couldn’t ask for more! Will definitely be back but with a white noise machine lol

Pool a bit small

Location, modern rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Very clean

We were put in a room in the middle of a bunch of hockey families. They were quite loud until well after midnight. The doors opening and closing were very loud. I would have appreciated being asked if we wanted to be placed away from the hockey families

Prime location, pool

The bathroom door is barn style and at one end of the door, when closed, it has a crack so essentially everyone could see you.

staff leaving, the lady who checked me out acted like my concerns were nothing. No shampoo conditioner for 2 days while we were there, indicated that to her and she just hoed and hummed. Was not impressed.

Stephanie At check in and after was amazing.

Room was not dark enough in the morning. Tap water had no pressure. Charging for bottled water when we paid a high price for the room. Over priced drinks at the lobby bar.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy check-in, everything you want is close.

Pillows were way too soft, air conditioner was noisy, room was stuffy and no circulation. Fan on option for the ac unit would have been good.
