- The power went out and they did not have back up generators. We had to get ready in the complete dark and I no choice bit tp take a freezing cold shower. The staff was useless and non sympathetic to all of the people staying at the hotel.
- It was hard to connect to the internet
- I was put in one of the disabled rooms, at 6'4" it was impossible to use the mirror, etc
