- The manager/owner/welcome person was delightful. Everything in the room worked. Heat easy to regulate, lamps appropriately placed, nice shower.
- Clean and convenient
- We arrive at 10:45 pm and checked-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable (memory foam mattress) Location was great for travelers as it is on the main road thru Sault Ste Marie. Internet worked great. Parking included.

- Nothing.
- The owner was not pleasant and rude. No coffee maker as advertised. Bed was ¿crunchy¿ and not comfortable. Arrived to chain saws cutting down trees. It¿s right on a noisy trunk highway. Old and not well maintained.
