Price, clean and practical.

It was noisy after midnight on a Sunday night. My room was near the front office and this should have been obvious to the front desk, I believe (I could be wrong).

Staff was polite, rooms were clean, loved that we were on the bottom floor so we could take the dogs out the sliding door to go pee.

Bathroom had old soap not cleaned away from the tub, floors were dirty, the sheets were stained, too much furniture in the room, massive pile of dog crap and cigarette butts outside the patio door, safety compromised due to side door remaining open.

The people staying next to our room did not sleep whole night, they created loud noises and didn't allow us to sleep. The hotel staff didn't pick up our call at night

Bad TV, not enough towels. Soaps, some ignorant guests.

The customer service was great. They were really kind and accommodating whenever I needed to make changes to my stay. The continental breakfast was awesome. I also loved how there is a waffle maker and hot maple syrup dispenser available as well.

The hot water wasn¿t always available even at all hours of the day when I go to purposely have a shower. and the heater in the room didn¿t always like to work properly.

Location

Bathroom not properly cleaned. Towels stained. Shower not draining properly. Linen not clean and had to request new sets.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included.

The walls are thin. We could hear a conversation in the next room, and people in the halls. With ear plugs, I slept well. Was mostly families so noise stopped around 11 pm. Was very busy at breakfast at 8:30 am.

The walls were thin, I could hear other peoples conversations. The shower pressure was the weakest I¿ve ever had. It got the job done though

The location is the way when travelling from Collingwood to Tobermory. There was enough parking. The front desk attendant came immediately when we rang the bell at 7:30 p.m. and was helpful. The room was clean and everything worked. Good muffins.

There was only shampoo and soap in the bathroom ¿ no conditioner. Ironing board but no iron. We didn¿t need it and imagine we could have asked if we did.

Front desk staff was friendly and attentive.

A bit tired decor. Hallways need some maintenance work/cosmetic fixes.

This hotel room was not worth the money we spent. The bedsheets looked like used as it was crumbled even though laid and tucked in tight. Rest were just off a 2 star hotel but the price was to the high end. Breakfast was just muffins and breakfast bar,

Staff were not friendly, they did not provide even water for drinking, and when asked to provide a toothbrush and paste they refused that they don't provide in COVID, now COVID is there for every excuse.

I like best the location. It's easy to find.

It's my first time to booked on this location.I was very disappointed that the room and the fridge were not properly cleaned.Hairs on the bathroom floors,food particles on the floors beside the bed.The room stinks from ¿¿ smoke. Bed not comfortable.

Good location. Observant and caring staff. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

¿Breakfast included¿ had no protein. Granola bars are more akin to candy. Orange juice was appreciated. Fresh fruit is preferred; fruit cups usually have added sugar and are not good for diabetics. Coffee was excellent.

Bag breakfast (I know, everyone is doing their best during COVID) was pretty meagre. Hotel appeared to be in need of some TLC.

The staff was pleasant and helpful during check in and when I ran into them throughout the stay. The hotel is well located in Owen Sound and everything I needed was close by.

Hotel is dated but my biggest complaint is that I was quite cold. I found the room to be chilly and bedding was minimal. The first night I took a shower and even on the hottest setting the water was cool. It seemed better the next day but not ideal.

Very run down outside and inside, dirty, no real hospitality, staff not welcoming or helpful, overall one of the worst places I’ve stayed! Not worth $---/night!!!!! Biggest regret to stay there!
