The hotel was under construction. The room I had was renovated with new carpet which was great, but some things were missing

At check-in the desk said there was almost no food for breakfast next morning and the exercise room was closed. No coffee offered anywhere. I could recommend this hotel, if they get the place finished.

The staff are wonderful, kind, accommodating and respectful.

Bit of cleanliness issues. Floor bit gritty and worn, found a dirty facecloth on the tope of shower curtain, toilet seats older and yellowed, headboard bit sticky, freezer of fridge needs defrosting.

The room was clean and met my expectations. There was free wifi and parking. The breakfast nook was adequate and the coffee they provided was great. The staff was friendly and greeted you in the mornings with a friendly smile.

Both ice machines were on the blink...but...hotel employee came to my rescue with ice from the kitchen.

The room was very comfortable and the location (easy access).

The breakfast could be improved.

Pool and hot tub. Room was large. Fridge and microwave in room. Bed was comfortable.

Common areas were a little unclean. The property needs some maintenance, but my room was fine.

Dated room and in particular washroom; paint and water damage along bottom of bathroom door and pitting in bathtub. (Tub was clean, however.)

It was quiet and comfortable room temperature for sleeping

Water pressure was terrible and the breakfast was not as promised (full continental). A choice of breakfast sandwich with a couple of cereal choices is not full continental.

Tv and microwave did not work. Staff were unable to fix.

Beds were comfortable

They were painting the halls and steps and we had to wedge by the paint to get by our room. Cards for room constantly kept deactivating. No elevator and my dad has mobility issues. Shower curtain and shower had what I assume was blood. Washroom was dirty

Cleanliness

Breakfast was in a bag with just one muffin, yogurt and juice. Very low standard and disappointing.

It was very affordable and close to the attractions that we wanted to visit. There was a functional swimming pool that we enjoyed. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was clean.

Our sister-in-law's room had dirty spots in some areas of the floor which gave the impression that it was not properly cleaned by the staff. Also there was a fishy smell in the room that gave the impression that an air freshener was used to mask an odour.

Hotel halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in 30 years, toilet wouldn¿t stop running and bathtub wouldn¿t drain properly. If we weren¿t travelling through late would have left and went somewhere else. Not worth the $---

The room wasn¿t properly cleaned. There was cannabis and coins in the drawer from the previous occupant. There was a little bit of garbage behind the bathroom door that was missed.

Price was reasonable. Bed was nice and the 'wood' floor was lovely. Front desk staff were friendly.

Room was not as clean as I would like, especially during COVID times. They did leave wipes for me to clean the desk myself.

The staff are really nice and friendly

There was a towel thrown under the curtain when I checked in. The towel should be clean in the washroom.

Room not cleaned for two days stay, the manager said he told us but he did not. Not worth the star level , too expensive for what it is,no service at all,no breakfast9
