Comfort Inn

Clean room, hot breakfast, quiet area

Not much to recommend here other than friendly staff

A hotel stuck in the nineties, greeting you with dated carpets in the hallway, banged up walls and a peculiar odour that only a non renovated hotel can emit. The room was small with a filthy couch and a plugged sink drain.

Hotel.did not have private patio First room smelled.bad.The subsequent room was supposedly clean and it wasn't. Waited 2 hours to get in room after check in time.

They offered free breakfast & late checkout.

There was hair in my shower before I got in. The small couch and floor were terribly stained. My room was next to the stairwell & the push bar cracked loudly every time people exited. The guests in the rooms near mine were pretty loud & obnoxious late.

Good location. Nice staff.

Smoke in our non smoking hotel and moved to a down graded room at the original room price

Staff was horrible and rude. Non professional. Sounds like they are at a job that they don't want to be. Non of the front desk staff was wearing a name tag. They behaving as we are disturbing them while they were playing on internet.

Excellent breakfast , sausages , omelettes , waffles plus all the usual items .

Breakfast room was small . A large group travelling together all came for breakfast at the same time which left no room for anyone else .

Clean fresh modern

No ramp at the front entrance. You have to climb stairs to get in. Difficult with luggage.

Non smoking hotel but people smile outside room and not in designated smoking area so smoke permeated around. Staff was helpful.

The staff was excellent and gave us another room, but we would have preferred the second floor.

When we opened the door to our room, it had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, I didn't look at the bathroom. That really turned me off. We had to leave and return later to check in.

Great bed Good breakfast Quiet

Clean, renovated.

Not enough space for breakfast area.

Recently decorated room was a nice surprise compared to the dingy and unwelcoming stairwell and hallway.

Noisy air conditioner in room. Noise from guests parked under my window and talking on the patio below my window very late at night. Hallway noise. Sound insulation in room needs improvement.

The hotel is very convenient for attending the folk festival. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

New renovated rooms, clean bathroom, nice room. Location was great, Tim Hortons and Drug store in walking distance.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, front desk staff wrre friendly & helpful.Breakfast selection was good for a continental breakfast. Lots office thick white towels.

Very small area for breakfast. Busy on weekend, especially Sun.

Very dirty hallway carpet with very heavy smell. Outdated hotel and needs renovation for sure.

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

Rooms were small and could here everything going on in the hallway.

Clean, everyting worked properly.

Breakfast room is small and cramped.

Outside property is in rough shape
