- I needed the fitness facility to open early to accommodate my conference schedule, and the staff were more than happy to oblige. The fitness facility is excellent in size. It has a rower, which is very rare.
- The staff was so friendly, the room was very clean and comfy, amazing location - I would refer Arc The Hotel any day to anyone

- The only issue was the bathroom. It was small and did not have grab bars in the tub, which is dangerous for seniors.
- It is a 20-minute walk to the downtown core. Fine in the summer but not great in the cooler months.
