room was nice, kitchen was great

too much bleach smell on the sheets and in the water from the shower

1) No elevator 2) Share the first layer door with the other unit before open the door for my unit. Less privacy! 3) Lobby is not attached

Was peaceful and quiet

stayed two nights but was only coffee for one morning, but there was a coffee bar in the guest services we could go to

The manager was excellent, ensured my wife, 18 month daughter and I had everything we needed. She went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend. We are returning for March break

The room, club house were pool is.

The resort should get purchase a van for a shuttle service for guest to get to and from Horseshoe or the spa, or beer,liquor grocery store in craighurst.

Very friendly staff, well maintained facilities, very clean, nice sized room. The location was ideal for our cross country skiing and Nordic Spa getaway.

Nice to have a pool, however the hot tub was disappointing since only one jet was working, and it was not very strong.Also, I think the place was ski-in/out but this was not clear.

The one bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed for our girls getaway. The location was great for our weekend plans - close to Vetta and other activities that we had planned. Decor is dated, but comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or other facilities.

Front desk staff was really helpful and kind. Our one bedroom king suite was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay as a family. It was nice being able to cook breakfast and lunches while skiing. Beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were great. The pool is in the main building and the kids enjoyed swimming in the evening. We'll definitely return again!

I asked at check in to have my room beside our friends that we booked with and was denied. No effort. Disappointing.

Showers had mold and scum build up. Heat was not working in our suite.

Love the area. Lots to see and do in the region. We like the full kitchen, access to gym and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was well stocked with kitchen needs.

No restaurant / cafe / snack bar on site, but hopefully that will change in the future. Outdoor pool would be nice, but indoor pool was spacious. Unfortunately there were many kids the weekend we were there that were running up and down the stairs and onto rear balconies playing tag until 11 pm.

The resort is located next to a ski hill and across the street from a Nordic spa; very convenient for those activities. The room was very clean and rather large. Overall, it was quite comfortable. It's a good value for money for Ontario.

There was a little mildew at the bottom of the shower, which can be easily removed and cleaned. We had a room giving onto the parking lot. Unfortunately, the guests leaving early in the morning, packing their cars, and clearing the snow from their cars can be quite noisy.
