Beds were very comfortable &clean no noise at night ! Beautiful large clean indoor pool & hot tub!

Construction outside in the parking lot.

Not too big; perfectly located because of proximity to restaurants and CasinoRama.

GPS driving directions kept sending us downtown.

The hotel was very clean and check in was quick and friendly. The dining room was beautiful, clean , and there was an outdoor patio as well. The bufffet breakfast was very good . Free parking . Pool, A fridge, microwave and coffee pot were included.

The pool was a nice size but definitely needed some repair. The room was very cold and we had a difficult time adjusting the a/c. We couldn¿t find the extra blanket that is normally available. No pen or paper to leave a note to staff.

The place was clean and the staff were very helpful.We could park right beside the hotel for free. Free WIFI was appreciated. We did not get disturbed by noisey behavior by other customers.....no problems...Restaurant was in the hotel

We have no complaints....we would go there again

Hotel rooms were outdated. $-- a night is quite a steep fee for such an outdated hotel. Would have liked to see a discount for loss of use of pool. Website showed a much more upscale presentation.

The room was fantastic.

The pool was cold and we picked that location because it had an indoor pool but it was cold and dirty.

Nice lobby area, soon they are getting an elevator although it wasn't opened yet when we visited, nice amenities in room, spacious bathroom, complimentary bottle of water.

Had to wait to both check in and heck out while staff members handled internal basis as we waited. Staff not very friendly, not rude but just did the basic job (after we waited). Not having an elevator.

room layout was perfect no hanging lights to hit the head on, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and fridge were supplied in the room, very friendly staff, easy to find location close to fast food, shopping and gas stations. peaceful and quiet.

the beds were a bit harder than we are used to but clean, 2 thick pillows and 2 thin ones would have been more comfy.bathroom exhaust fan could be much stronger,the transition from hall to bathroom floor trips you.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Good location. Staff were quiet but friendly when approached.

Omg!! You have GOT to get rid of that room spray. I felt a migraine come on within 1 minute of being in the room. we opened the window and had the fan on, to no avail. 4 hours with your odour neutralizer and it was bearable. Brutal!!!

Can be a bit irritating if people are talking loud in the hall. Can not hear from room to room though

It was clean and the beds were nice to sleep in.

The TV sucked (we were going to rent a movie-just had basic cable) Constantly heard other rooms toilets flushing at night, the bathtub tap dripped constantly (no conserving water here!) and the bathroom sink wouldnt drain.

Fridge still had previous guests stuffing it

The pool is pretty dated and needs some upgrading. The shower floors in the pool area change rooms are also pretty scary looking
