The hotel was very run down and dirty. It was extremely disappointing and nowhere near a 3 star rating. I will never stay there again. Breakfast was poor as well.

Hi, The front desk desk gave us hard time. He gave a room very no AC then we talked to him, he said he will change but he did not came back. It was hot room. I went to him then he changed the room then one access card was not working. Next day Hydro shut

Very old and dated. Our room smelled like old dirty dishrags. We had to go buy airfresheners. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast was 4/10. We won't stay here again.

the front / maintenance staff. Hotel employee and the other gentleman that worked in the front were great! Staff was super freiendly, amazing with the kids, and the level of detail and effort she put in with every guest - amazing!

rooms/bathrooms could be upgraded a bit and cleaning underneath the beds, etc.

DIRTY! -bathroom had stains, mold in the shower, glass shower door was not attached at the bottom. I was unable to take a shower due to cleanliness and safety. I reported the issue and asked for compensation but I have yet to receive any response.

room was dirty, carpet at the bottom of the walls was gross, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in forever, eggs for breakfast were gross

The hotel is run down, clearly shows by peeling paint, rusted metal everywhere, pool ladders broken and handles rusted. The room we had, had a broken door it didn?t lock and you could get in from the outside patio door, they have au a piece of wood to fix

The warmed pool, buffet breakfast that was included

Bed mattresses were so old that you would fall into a dip in the middle of them. Fan in the washroom was very noisy and the frig would make a humming then clicking noise very often that woke everyone up.

It's location to my family.

There was no hot water for our visit, offered a 25% discount, which we didn't receive. I called and was told manager would return my call and never did. We had come for a funeral and family received 50% discount but we were told they didn't by hotel.

The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and wanted us to have a good experience. During breakfast, the pancake maker broke. The staff member immediately worked on fixing it and even brought them to the table.

You can see some areas that need updating. The ceiling in the pool looks like it is coming apart. Overall it wasn't a huge deal to us as everything else was above our expectations.

There was adults or kids running around in both floors around 12pm till 3am running around knocking on doors n trying to get into different rooms

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, recently updates

No noise could be hears between the rooms, however slamming doors were heard till 12:30 a.m. A call to the desk seemed to solve the problem.

Cable tv very poor only 2 channels came in without snowy reception. very limited channel package. Giant group party all around me Saturday allowed to continue until early Sunday morning including fire alarms being pulled and constant running and slamming

Some of the staff was friendly.

Disgustingly dirty. Worst I have ever seen. Rotting garbage on the floor in change rooms/sauna. No toilet paper/hand towels. Dirty floors everywhere in the whole building. Broken tiles and sand in the pool/sauna. Broken furniture in rooms. I could go on.
