Nestled on 15 acres of scenic parkland, and a 16-minute drive from the city center of Toronto, this hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool. Each of the rooms are tastefully decorated and air conditioned. An iron is also included. Toiletries and a hairdryer can be found in the bathroom. Guests at the Pan Pacific Toronto can also enjoy a variety of on-site activities, including tennis courts. The hotel also features several on-site restaurants offering a variety of international cuisines, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center. Pan Pacific Toronto is conveniently located close to several major highways. This location allows guests to easily visit the sites of the downtown area, including the CN Tower, as well as other area attractions. Canada's Wonderland amusement park is within 13 mi from the property.

- In General I love the Pan Pacific hotel, I am handicapped and the rooms are large, I can get around easily. I stay every 8 weeks for medical treatments. The hotel is close to where I get my treatments.

Cons -
- Yes, we arrived 2 days after a snow storm. I aways park in handicapped parking, When we arrived on Tuesday night the 2 handicapped parking spaces had not been shovelled or plowed I am in a wheelchair, it's hard to navigate through snow. Clear Snow!!!!!
- need chargers for EV cars... mind you, I had such a time consuming experience renting my first EV car that I will NEVER EVER rent one again unless they have 1000km range capacity and fast charge that gets you 80% charge in 15 minutes
- odd, strong smell in the lobby, not sure if it was a deodorizer, incense or something else but it was strong; elevator to go down to main lobby was super slow, we either had to take the stairs or use the back elevator
