- Friendly staff with a quick check in/check out service. Breakfast was nice with a good variety to choose from .
- Lovely beds and breakfast. Breakfast staff were so accommodating and kind. I was travelling with my very elderly mother who needed assistance. They were very helpful.

- The phone was not working in our room, also the curtains did not close all the way, and no fan in the bathroom or was not working.
- Just two things. There are plastic sleeves on cups and lots of plastics in the room - I see the hotel is trying to be green - this in not consistent. Second - the information re: dining in the area provided in the QR code was not helpful
