- The staff was understanding and location.

Cons -
- The room view was nothing like the picture I made the purchase from. The pool water was dirty and our jacuzzi was extremely dirty.
- Dirty room, expensive, pay for parking. Not up to Hilton standards.
- Rooms were a bit small. Everything was nicely decorated though.
