Well situated in the Fallsview district of Niagara Falls, Diplomat Inn is located a 7-minute walk from Skylon Tower, half a mile from Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and a 15-minute walk from Casino Niagara. The property is around 1.1 miles from Journey Behind the Falls, 1.1 miles from Horseshoe Falls and 1.6 miles from Old Falls Street. There's a sun terrace and guests can use free WiFi and free private parking. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, all guest rooms at the hotel have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms will provide you with a seating area. The rooms will provide guests with a desk and an electric tea pot. Speaking English, Hindi, Italian and Filipino at the reception, staff are always on hand to help. - The beds are very comfortable
- Very clean, with friendly and professional staff. Also, the price was similar to tent camping or a hostel bed, so was a great value.
Cons -
- Felt unsafe and manager was rude not accommodating.
- No
- The room was a little austere and antiseptic feeling. However, I anticipated this and was able to bring some things (like my own electric kettle and tea) to make it more comfortable.
