Location, comfort, breakfast

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

The toilet plugged up.

Staff was very friendly, hotel new and modern. Coffee available in lobby 24/7

TV channels not the best selection. Breakfast was ok.

Cleanliness, very good bed, big windows which felt like having a balcony

Same breakfast for 2 days…Would have liked bacon on the second day instead of saucisse…but not really a problem…

The room was comfortable and modern. The receptionist at the front desk was particularly lovey.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast was also yummy, with a great selection that made each morning a pleasure. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

During my stay, I did notice that there were kids running around the halls and throughout the hotel, which at times was a bit distracting. However, this did not affect my overall stay or my opinion of the hotel. The staff was hardworking, professional, and did a great job ensuring guests were taken care of. Their effort and dedication truly stood out and made the experience a positive one overall.

It was clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. All the pillows were the same, a variety would’ve been appreciated and the tap water is salty and disgusting. I’ve lived in Orangeville and why the water there isn’t great this is next level. We found a water bottle refill station in the lobby but were told nothing on check-in. When we were checking out we mentioned the water and she said “oh we don’t recommend the tap water - it’s not safe to drink”. Might want to say that on check-in and better yet fix it or supply free bottled water to the rooms. Otherwise a great stay and I will return. With my water bottle!

The only problem is the breakfast can be much better for the money everything else was excellent including the staff and facility

The property was clean and modern

The noise of the heater/AC unit in the bedroom was louder than a jet engine. Absolutely impossible.

Great parking.

They didn’t clean our room. We called for more towels and coffee as they didn’t clean our room and needed more for our second day of stay. And nothing was brought to us. I left a message with manager and never received a call back.

We were given an upgrade to King suite. Nice quiet room. Darkening shades. Spacious. Two suitcase holders. Comfortable beds. AC doesn’t blow directly on the bed. The King Suite is well designed.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on. Too deep, and only one back/decorative pillow that didn’t help.

The room was huge, it was nice to be greeted by the television in the room, when we arrived. The bathroom was very big and tidy. The staff was pleasant and we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. Nice new facility, although it seems like they are still in the midst of setting it up.

The poo water was a bit cloudy and there were clumps of hair in the pool. It was in need of a filtering and cleaning

It is in a nice area and looks nice.

The hotel is very nice although overpriced. It was a clean no frills location. We reserved a king suite which was just a king bed in a room with a mini fridge and coffee maker. There was a chair but certainly no suite furniture. I do not feel I got what I paid for even though it was a nice place.

Clean and fresh

In the room —- shower doors would not stay closed without wedging a face cloth between them, toilet too low for people who are 5’10 and taller would also benefit from a grab bar for safety. Couch not comfortable Heated pool I found to be a little on the cool side.

Ok well I don’t like to say anything bad but if I have to give some feedback ! I would have to say that the breakfast wasn’t very enjoyable. The food seemed to be dehydrated at 8 am is inexplicable some chafing dishes were not even plugged in and the eggs look like bricks of sponge and bland . I think that this hotel should hold breakfast at a higher standard considering it’s the last thing you do before exiting. This is meant to help you not to criticize I’m grateful to even be able to stay here.

Hotel is only about 6 months old. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. All areas were very clean. Very close to several restaurants and shopping.

The air conditioner was loud for being new. I mentioned it to them on checkout.

Almost everything.

There was music all night long. My worst night's sleep in many months. I didn't realize it was the hotel's speaker until the morning. The front desk was very apologetic but said it was the brands policy.

The rooms were comfortable, I got a king suite and it suited me perfectly. The Staff was friendly and the hotel was peaceful.

The A/C / Heater in the room was pretty loud and my room was a little dirty, just a couple of spots missed on surfaces.
