- They charged us $100 per night additional cost for having pet, while this cost was not included in itenerary. The room and specially fridge and bathroom was not clen. So we stayed only one night but they did nor refund the second night
- A significant deposit charged and has not refunded for a week. The HVAC was very loud and no hot tub near the pool.
