Nothing actually

It was disgusting!! Filled with spiderwebs and dust all over, the room smelled musky for a nonsmoking room. The carpet had a huge red stain on it, it looked like someone bleed out there. Towels were thinned out did not dry anything not even skin.

Friendly staff. Great hotel for family trip. Next to 401 and House ladies are very respectful regarding travelers.

I was not happy with my location not even close to my event i still had to travel far hotel was closer to home then I wanted to be. Something needs to be done. Something. Also my AC in my room wasn't working I did get them to look at so I didn't sleep.

Breakfast and staff member (one girl) is polite.

Of course, I specially booked for king size bedroom because we booked as a couple and we got 2 queen size bedrooms, that was so disappointing. We complained at the same time and they told me that they told out all king rooms, ?? How come you can sold out?

The location is good, can catch bus five minutes outside. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

I thought the hotel was non-smoking and yet, the room we were assigned was filled with cigarette smells. Didn¿t get room change till the next day.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My kids who were in the other room couldn¿t sleep as they found bedbugs and they informed me while we were driving back home so I was unable to inform th me hotel employees.

Best location centre of Mississauga near to main highways I really like this very cooperative staff with all facilities friendly atmosphere

No everything was fine

Beds are extremely comfortable. We have had to extend our stay twice and the hotel has been extremely accommodating.

The door to our room has quite a large gap on the side. Not a huge issue but it does let light in at night and means we can hear everything in the hallway.

The cleanliness, price and location

Thought breakfast would be included , with my booking I clicked breakfast included but when we got there you needed a ticket . The bed was super comfortable but pillows could be better , they were not bad

Beds are super comfortable, linens are clean and staff are friendly. Felt very safe as well. Internet was fast and reliable, which was great as I was working from the room. Free parking is a great bonus too.

Breakfast - the continental style options were ok, but the hot options were not great. There was one daily egg selection, regardless of the style offered, they were always rubbery and tasteless (kept in a chafing dish, so understandable).

It was not as clean as I had hoped with Covid. Found hairs and dirt on coffee tables and dust.

Helpful staff. It was clean. Good internet.

For longer stays I wish it could be a better discount price. Some days even if on the weekend the breakfast menu needs to expand

Where do I start. Terrible staff that won't listen to you. Complained about being next to maids room and gal, think her name was hotel employee or something that started with refused to move me to any other room. She had a smirk on her face when I was given room.

The House keeper was rude and unprofessional. she was arguing with me asking me to hurry out of the room so she can clean the room an hour before my check out

Location to Toronto airport!

Outdated furniture, mold smell, carpet & curtain was dirty.

Comfortable bed, adequate heat, great TV, plenty of outlets near the bed, Nice buffet breakfast

The heater was a little noisy but it was fixed when I mentioned it.
