Alt Hotel Toronto Airport

Convenient, stylish, well equipped

Clean. Proximity to the airport

No fridge in room

Close to airport terminal.

Espresso coffee machine didn’t provide the coffee I liked. We are not espresso fans. Restaurant is there, but minimal choices.

The location and proximity to the airport, the cool vibe of the place, great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.

Room and dinner great breakfast n/a

Room and bed comfortable

Room small

great location and excellent staff

Could have been cleaner, found someone else’s dirty underwear in bathroom

Easy access to YYZ. Restaurant was good and staff were efficient and friendly.

Modern, close to airport train cute little restaurant

Room was very clean, modern, and reasonably priced for Toronto. It was also very close to the Conference I was attending.

Cleanliness and staffing were very friendly and polite.

We really liked the convenience of the property which was a Tram ride away from the Airlines, car rental pickup and drop off.The resturant food was very good, and compatiable to prices we would have paid in the airport. The room was clean and had all of our needs.

One suggestion is USB - outlets or C - outlets for charging electronics.

easy access to airport, link trainlocation was important for hotel selectionin this case, was able to register early at hotel in order to meet timing of scheduled appointment in downtown Torontostaff at front desk were very good and most helpful

entrance to Hotel not easiest to locate and no temporary parking to unload luggage or ability to go in and register prior to parking

Super modern and restaurant was fantastic lobby is beautiful

Booking .com

We have stayed at the Alt for years. It is clean, well organized and staff professional and helpful. You can take the train from airport terminals and convenient coveted parking next door and can be booked when making your reservation.

Cannot think of anything

Location to Pearson Airport cannot be beat. Rooms are very functional and clean.

Location was great as transferred older friend with severe difficulty with walking. Even better was our ease in middle of of a severe blizzard.

Huge double sliding. Doors to bathroom loss of privacy. Architects got that one wrong

I was able to stay until a later check-out time at no extra charge, which helped since my flight had been cancelled and I had been moved to a later flight.

Great location main reason for staying.

Cannot turn on bathroom light without turning on light in the room. No hot water maker or tea in the room. No mini fridge. No nightstand on both sides of the bed. Unable to run fire stick on tv. Most hotels in this price range offer a breakfast or at least a continental breakfast

Convenience for airport (walking distance to airport transit train) Friendly staff. Big modern rooms

Nothing - all good

Restaurant open late, we had a late flight and delayed luggage collection so was grateful to get a bite to eat even though it was late

Lack of signs/clear directions from the airport
