Staff is extremely rude. I booked a double room but when check in, was given 1 queen bed. The staff argued that a double room means a queen bed.. Breakfast is not good at all. The room is so dirty. There was construction all around the hotel.

My friend who suffers from anxiety felt comfortable at this hotel.

The hotel staff weren’t accepting of my friend when he was having an anxiety attack. Rather than be supportive & accommodating, they called the police & lied about his actions & resulted in my friend being tasered & hospitalized.

Pool down for no reason and the staff was never to be seen. Poor breakfast selection. Will never go to this hotel again

nothing! front desk staff is RUDE i would never recommend to anyone to stay at this location. will call corporate office for this kind of behavior i have videos to prove how incompetent she is for this job.

staff! very rude. i have videos of them, they threat us, front desk lady she attacked on us. we end up staying holiday inn. this hotel is worst than any nightmare.

Yes. It was old hotel. Smelly. Bathroom shower was stuck in one place with no continuous flow of water. No room services. It appeared as though they were doing me a favor when I asked for a crib. I had to take the crib to my room from the lobby area.

The front desk people were magnificent. They were very helpful and nice each of the three times we called for instructions on how to find the place. Our phones and GPS did not work in Canada, so we did not know where we were, much less where we were goi

The hotel was great for a last minute reservation. For the most part it was clean and staff seamed friendly. The continental breakfast was a bonus to have. Pool was great to have for the kids

Convenient location. Staff efficient & friendly. Reception, halls & pool area very clean . Room well appointed , mini kitchen . Comfortable bed - nice linens. Spacious bright breakfast room serving hot & cold . Modestly priced - big 0n delivery !

Breakfast eggs and Sausage cold. Not a very wide selection. Also it is a salt water pool. Not everyone likes that. Very little choice of restaurants near hotel. Actually none

I liked the location. It is close to the 407 for an easy exit to 400N. As well it close to some great restaurants and a Cineplex theatre. And you can follow this street all the way in to downtown Mississauga. Very clean and comfortable beds.
