Apartment was not clean. Tap in kitchen was broken. Furniture had wear and tear.
Staff was not responsive, the description said it included toiletries but did not, tv remote was missing the battery cover, lamps were not turning on coz it was missing the switch, water damage and mouldy smell in the bathroom, no space to move in bedroom
Booked a superior 2 bedroom and it was not what was in the fotos living area very small. Garage door opener didn't work. Not enough utensils. Not able to have door code for guests.
