I liked the spacious room and the breakfast

I didnt like how uncomfortable the bed was and not a lot of info about things going on around us or what to do in Toronot/Mississauga.

Very nice hotel. New. Clean

I bought 2 small bags of Doritos, a microwave popcorn and a cup of noodles. I was charged 26$ American on my credit card. When I get home I?m calling to see if this is accurate. If so it was a huge ripoff

Friendly and courteous staff.

Room wasn't ready at check in time. Staff apologetic + offered snacks, but no discounts or vouchers. Breakfast was decent and staff was very accommodating to rude people. If crowded I suggest taking your food back to your room.

Not being told I had to call for shuttle service once I was at the airport. I waited outside quite awhile Then called the hotel number only to find out the rule then waited another 20 minutes or more for a ride.

I was book the room studio and I am so surprised the layout of the bedroom and everything inside that studio room , we are so please and happy during our short stay., staff are very friendly and room are very clean.

No further comments, everything is perfect that room studio, we love the kitchen. Everything is perfect , we love to come back and book to stay again soon . Like I said staff are very friendly and room is very clean ¿¿

Not comfortable with cleanliness of the suite. Bathroom soap/shampoo dispensers with crusted drips on them not cleaned. The staff were not all wearing masks or had them just on their chin not covering their mouth or nose. No breakfast as advertised.

I was told breakfast was included but once I arrived at the hotel there was no breakfast included on my reservation that was very disappointing

Staff has no idea what the term hospitality means. From putting guests on hold over the phone, talking in a rushed & rude tone to pretty much saying no to any requests and doing minimal work to meet the guest expectations. Good hotel, atrocious staf

Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped room. Excellent breakfast...variety of hot and cold options to choose from. Breakfast attendants were friendly, professional and efficient.

There was a large stain on the carpet in front of the TV. Hotel staff did not acknowledge guests when passing the front desk, hallways, elevators, etc.

Very large rooms, comfortable bed, great kitchen. The room is just amazing!

Nothing I didn't like. Breakfast was great! Parking was great! Staff was awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

You can't go wrong at all with most Marriott Resistance in. This one is not different: it's excellent in every way. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is hot and variety is amazing. I always try to book at one of these hotels.

The breakfast was good the room was spacious, the pool was nice. Everything went smoothly.

The sheets on the bed didn't seem clean, there were no bugs but there was visible dust balls and hair.

The rooms were really clean and seemed newly renovated. It was really comfortable and a nice stay overall.

The check in process took 45 mins. I had 2 different rooms booked, switching from one room to another was a difficult process. The 3 hr gap between check out and check in was a hassle, no attempt to let us check in earlier by the staff to the next room.

Location since it is literally next door to CHSI where my partner attends classes Room because it is generous in size and includes a kitchen Breakfast because it offered a large variety of hot/cold items

Pool - it was ice cold that just standing in it was unbearable and I was hoping to take my baby swimming Late Checkout - requested a 1pm checkout but had staff knocking on my door twice between 11a-12p. There needs to be communication to employees

The breakfast was very good and varied from day to day. The room was very nice. An uber to downtown only cost me 31 dollars also. Overall, for the 3 star rating, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The coffee wasn't amazing.
