Pros +

¿otel's location fit my needs. Room was spacious. Television had numerous channels.
relative accessibility by transit

Cons -

Place did not have an elevator. Television did not have HD. There is a posting that a ten story apartment building is slated for this site so in the future it appears that this will not be a lodging option.
careless staff appearing irregularly
It was dirty, smudges/stains all over the bathroom door. The mirrors were not clean, I literally got windex and cleaned it myself. Looked like spilled stuff on the wall. It was gross. Not worth the ---$ for a night, such a rip off
