The staff were friendly, the breakfasts were so good, and a good variety!! It was easy to go to shops and close to the Lake.

When a guest enters their room, their doors slam shut and make¿s enough noise to wake me up.

Bed was amazingly comfortable, breakfast was so good, lots a choices. Staff were awesome!!

Room/beds was comfortable The breakfast was excellent.

We waited for almost an hour at the lobby during check-in, as the receptionist told us the room wasnt ready yet, they were still cleaning it..Also, the rooms bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working.

Location is perfect to the surrounding towns and to Windsor. Parking is complimentary AND they have vehicle charging stations.

I really was happily surprised with how nice the hotel was. Was very lovely and clean. Rooms were a great size and well planned out, thought out. The washroom was also very nice. Breakfast was great with multiple options and fresh. Enjoyed talking to the staff as well. Was even given a great dinner suggestion. If I ever go back to Windsor, would stay there again.

Wish there was a bar. That's all that was really lacking, but there was a restaurant walking distance

For what it is (low budget / practical)… It was excellent.

Conference room was too close to noisy area of hotel. Was distracting.

Probably the best holiday inn I’ve ever stayed. No complains.

Too bad they didn’t have rooms on the first floor for dog owners, but was pretty minor, elevators are fast and never busy.

I liked the room and all the facilities they have to offer!

The receptionist was extremely rude to me. Wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Would not let me keep my suitcase and 2 bags anywhere so I could use the restroom. Although we let them know when booking that I was using my boyfriend's card just to hold the room. He was at work so she said no way can I let you in a room until he is here. I said could we call him? She snapped back no. Shortly after a big hockey team came in and the coach asked her if she needed to see his credit card and she said oh no problem. My boyfriend called after I was crying for over an hour in the lobby. She said oh no problem sir we will send you an email and just sign and send back. Why she was extremely rude to me and didn't do that when I asked an hour and a half earlier I have no idea. She was very very rude, unprofessional and downright mean! You should not be working with public at all!! I will be taking it over her head and call head office tomorrow and I will never stay there again!! How disappointing. You truly never know what someone is going through. I have been going through one of the hardest times of my life and she treated me worse than a piece of gum found on the bottom of her shoes. I was crying and it just egged her on to continue to act rudely and even make fun of me and complain about me. And hear her and the other employees laugh at my expense in their office.

Hotel was excellent in every aspect. Continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel/Inn that offered a breakfast of the " continental" type. Staff was friendly & greeted everyone who entered the eating area.

Location is great. Close to the highway and many amenities.

People allowed to smoke by entrance and side doors.

The room I was in didn’t seem to be very sound proof. We could hear people walking around (above ) as well as the couple we travelled with could hear an alarm clock and a baby crying from inside their room
