- Great location, comfy beds, nice breakfast.
- The room was very nice, so no complaints there.
- It was convenient in it's location for our event Check in service was good
Cons -
- Basic amenities such as an ice machine were only available on 2 of 10 floors. Only 2 elevators, of which only 1 was operational. Sink in the bathroom was cracked. Unnecessarily long wait at check in as only 1 station was manned.
- Missing latch lock, stains all over floor, weird smell, extra charge for parking, no hair dryer in room.
- The check-in process alone makes this hotel a no-go: the receptionist simply could not do her job, thus a line snaked through the lobby nearly all afternoon. My wife had to wait 15+ minutes, others were waiting longer.
