Pros +
- Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and well trained.
- Clean, helpful staff, water dispenser in the lobby was a nice amenity
- Location to Western University and the pillows.
Cons -
- Pillows were very firm and high, would have liked softer or thinner pillows. Or a selection in the closet.
- unfortunately we had beetles in the bathroom.
- How far room was from reception and entrance
