- Air conditioner was working but could not be adjusted to a lower temperature because the adjustment knob was broke.
- The duvet cover was filthy. I had to peel it back and use the extra blanket from the closet. Did I complain? Nope¿I was in town for a family terminal illness¿so I didn¿t have the energy, this hotel was overpriced for the hotel itself. I won¿t ret
