The room rate and location

It was freezing and the beds did not have sufficient blankets.

Fast check in. Staff is very nice

The bed was not even. The smell in the corridors was terrible and not a real breakfast included. Only toast with strawberry jam or one kind of cereal. No fruits, nothing else to put on toast. The neighborhood did not feel really safe

The website mentions swimming pool. There is no such thing in the hotel

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND I WAS HANDICAPED SO THEY HELPED ME TO MY ROOM.

THE HALLS HAVE RAMPS, NO ELEVATOR , AND THE LOCATION VERY BAD NEIGHBORHOOD , WHEN WE WERE CHECKING OUT SOMEONE STOLE MY WIFES LUGGAGE.......REPORT WAS WRITTEN AND AUTHORITIES WERE NOTIFIED.

The front desk lady was great.

The appearance at front and lobby was very poor. There was a disgusting smell in the corridor,it almost seemed like people were living there with a dog barking in a room close to ours. The back secure exit was constantly propped open. We will never return

charming receptions service: I arrived 1 hour in advance of check in time, But the front desk kindly check the available room and offer one to me righty! save my time!

Not especial one. some louder talking happens in mi-night. But it's what travelers do.

Parking availability

Between cockroaches, door keys that did not work (out of battery and it¿s not just our room other guests had the same issue where you had to get the staff to use their key to open the door), stained carpets, no elevators, the list can go and on.

Staff were very nice.

Bathroom smelled like urine. Elevator was carpeted, even on the walls and disgusting. Halls were dirty with stains all over carpets...everywhere. Old hotel, really kind-of gross. Sorry. Had 0 interest in staying for the continental breakfast.
