Comfort Inn Kingston - Highway 401

The hotel is in a good location.

The staff should have located the hockey team on one floor to not disturb others! We could not get a proper breakfast, they took over the place.

Room could have been cleaner. ex. there was someone else's tea bag still in the coffee machine and towels were not picked up/replenished for 2nd night. Breakfast was good but more clean up needs to be done during the service time. The waffle maker /mess

See above.

Clean, affordable, and perfect location for this traveller. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient.

The breakfast was planned to start from 7am for weekend, but the hotel make it available at 6:30am to meet our schedule.

The staff were considerate and gave us extra checkout time as our train did not leave for a few ours and there was nothing for us to do in the mean time.

For 2 ladies in their 70's there was no elevator and no one to assist We struggled to haul our luggage to the 2nd floor. We wiped down all the furniture which did not seem too clean especially considering the time we are in. We would not stay again.

Very clean and affordable, great location as well. It is surrounded by all the amenities as well as many restaurants!

Nothing to complain about!

nothing, it was a very bad experience

so many things, First of all, cleanliness issues, especially due to COVID these days with Kids, there was no sanitization in the room, the room was very dirty, I can also share the pictures, there was no hot breakfast. room heating system was not good.

The lady at the front desk Was really nice, helpful and cheery.

We got a smoking room.

The desk staff were sooooo helpful. One person staying o/n had limited mobility and they changed the room from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. Thank you so much Comfort Inn for living up to your name.

Clean. Great staff. Good breakfast.

Hotel now charges for parking. Nothing worse than being nickeled and dimed. Other hotels in the area also offer free breakfast for the same price or less. Room was ok inside, but door looked like it had been broken into many times. Heat was loud, hall too

very clean and comfortable, good breakfast...

There were three front desk staff and when we were entering the breakfast area two of them looked up and looked away without even acknowledgement us. The other lady said good morning after that...

Room floor and bathroom floors had not been cleaned and other people's hair and dirt was very visible throughout the room.

Room cleanliness was a very big issue

I called hotel as soon as I booked and made requests for main floor and doubles beds. Was easy check in and check out. Breakfast was full and maintained for the entire morning.

An excellent breakfast was available and the room was very clean and quiet.

It was hard to find once we were in Kingston.

Location

Check-in was confused: I was sent to unprepared rooms twice.

great price, great service & breakfast!

Good breakfast and friendly staff

No fitness room no pool

Good hotel, clean, wifi was fast enough to stream videos on youtube. plenty of channels on the TV.

heating was a bit weird. It was difficult to get warm air out of the heater. It either came out hot or cold. It was a bit difficult to regulate. I tried playing around with the guage and it is impossible to get warm air. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.
