Quality Inn & Suites

Clean, safe, and good breakfast. Staff was kind and welcoming.

The location is a bit strange - a little hard to find.

Friendly staff. They were very helpful! And, you could have coffee all day if you wanted. Good, ample breakfast!

cleanliness

The noisy and drafty fan in our room that couldn't be turned off at night prevented us from sleeping......

The friendly staff and the coffee and tea in the hallway 24/7

The bed was sinking in the middle

Quiet and comfortable bed.

Continental breakfast was very limited with no seating and no trays to carry back to our room.

Conveniently located off of the 401, not far from downtown and close to Costco.

Cleanliness, convenience , staff. Truly best my expectations.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Plenty of towels. Generous breakfast.

Location: further out of town than anticipated. Bad weather made the trip into town unpleasant. Air con was way too cold, we unplugged it from the wall. No plug for the bath, so couldn¿t soak in the tub.

Not much hot water for shower. Very low water pressure for shower. Had to shower much longer to rinse off all soap. No information inside hotel room like I have seen in other hotels on where things are located in hotel and around hotel etc.

location, price and staff. clean and quiet.

Proximity to 401 and K&P Trail.

A bit noisy; could hear footsteps in room above and closing doors of neighbouring rooms fairly clearly.

Convenient location near the 401. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was very nice !

Good location. Clean and spacious rooms. Everyone was great!

Location easy off the highway.

Not great value for the money. Better places to stay in the Kingston area.

It was relatively new and very clean, with satisfactory breakfast

Breakfast area if can be a bit isolated from the main (reception ) area.

cleanliness, breakfast, kindness of the staff

hard to find the location, far from the center in the midle of nowhere

The gym has free weights, towels, water and is open24 hrs.

I found the front desk staff when we checked in to be stuck up. The other staff were very professional.

New, friendly staff, clean

Cleanliness

Disinterested staff. Complete lack of customer relations skills. Fire alarm at 11:00 pm and waiting outside in the cold was unpleasant. No explanation or apology for the inconvenience. Room rate was markedly higher than other guest rates

Not refundable! Not cool!
