Bayside Inn & Waterfront Suites

No breakfast as mentionned on the hotel site and the person at the desk office was rude and unprofessional! I had a really bad experience 😟

The location (we plan on returning in the Spring/Summer), cleanliness and that it had a kitchenette.

No nothing

The view was nice.

Too close to the train tracks, and no breakfast as advertised.

The view from our room was nice.

When I had originally booked, it said breakfast was included but that was not the case when we arrived.

Common outdoors of property did not look maintained. We were very surprised because the set up is actually like a motel and not a hotel. Garbage was outside of the rooms. There was no breakfast, but it was advertised on the website as breakfast included.

The spa tub jets didn't work for us and the bathroom door didn't close properly

Good internet, TV, nice bathroom, warm.

No bowls, no cutlery, drapes were not room darkening. Too close to train tracks. Had to ask for hair dryer and iron. Walls were paper thin, could hear both families on either side.

The price

The view of the bay was nice and relaxing. All the staff were very accommodating and everyone was very pleasant

It was close to Amherst Island.

The trains were loud.

When we walked into the place first thing noticeable was the stains on the chairs in living room. Beds and bathroom were clean and tidy. Stove looked like it needed an upgrade.

The location was perfect for us as we had our own vehicle . The view from the room and the balcony was very enjoyable.

the seating down by the lake was crawling with spiders and a daily sweeping of webs would have been a good plan. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with one fork and one coffee mug etc. when we asked at the front desk for another fork he said 'i usually tell people to bring their own stuff'. Unfortunately the room floor had been cleaned very poorly and there was food under the beds. I don't believe the floors have ever been washed. Dust and dirt on baseboards and tile. Just a basic good cleaning would go a long way. The property is another area that is in desperate need of a clean up

We were attending a function at the legion so this location, a short walk was very convenient.

It is a very moderate hotel. Bathroom was outdated, even the soap and shampoo was slightly used, no cream or extra coffee available.

Nice by the water, staff was lovely

Unfortunately there were bed bugs in our room and I got multiple bites as well as my family.
