- The staff was great and helpful.
- Hotel was modern and very pretty and clean. No issues with the hotel itself.
- The front desk reception was very good. All my needs were met efficiently
Cons -
- Sign on front desk says stay 2 nights and receive a 50 dollar gift card. When we asked the worker was rude and told us they would not do that for us because we didn't call them to book.
- Breakfast was over at 9 instead of 10, check in was 4 instead of 3 check in staff could have been friendlier. I still have a $200 hold on my card which is much more than I feel is necessary. No microwave Not a good location for restaurants or shopping
- The security deposit was $200CAD, which seemed very steep. Thank goodness I had room on my card to allow for this. I also called up for a hairdryer twice but one was never delivered.
