Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel was quiet, clean, and the breakfast was very good, especially given the price point.

The staff were extremely friendly & catered to our needs. The room was clean & most comfortable. Breakfast was very filling & choices were plentiful. We would definitely stay here another time.

The location was good since it was close to work.

After a long day of work, we expected our TV to work. We asked for help...and after waiting 1.5 hours, it still didn't work. We were tired, needing to relax, not have staff in our room with us trying to fix it.No discount?! Crazy.Poor customer service.

I booked a pet friendly room, which is appreciated! But, I was surprised that it was on the 2nd floor & some distance from the staircase. Not the most convenient for a pet. I was jealous of the rooms that had a patio door opening directly outside!

We required an early check-in, which we received, no extra charge. All staff very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast, free parking & internet.

Clean, convenient, quiet, secure, good wifi, nice but no-fuss breakfast. Close to movie theatres, good dining, and only a few minutes from downtown Guelph. A good choice for business or pleasure.

It was fine, I have stayed here before and I will stay here again.

I liked "EVERYTHING" about this hotel from the moment you arrived until you checked out. They paid attention to every detail. It was newly remodeled, and they did a wonderful job of remodeling. VERY comfortable and wonderful ammenities. Nice breakfast.

At present they do not have an elevator, but plan to have one soon within the year we were told.

Convenient location at two crossroads. Room was huge. Besides the bed, it had a couch, easy chair, and desk with desk chair.

Service was friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate.

We spent few hours there actually and all of us in the hotel seemed to hit the breakfast nook at the same time, so it was crowded. But that is to be expected.

While it was a non-smoking room, there was still a strong stale cigarette smell.

Nicely updated rooms; comfy beds and furniture, bathroom recently renovated with modern fixtures etc. Great breakfast too.

Clean room, excellent breakfast and great little features - all day coffee, free parking, spring water, refreshing lemon orange water at front reception area. Truly surprised by quality of hotel.
