Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Amber Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies may apply. Please contact the property directly for all group reservations. To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. Property only accepts credit cards. NO DEBIT CARDS. The guest pays upon arrival by cash or credit card except for last-minute and nonrefundable reservations. The hotel charges for nonrefundable and last-minute reservations right away. Please make sure you indicate the correct number of adults and children on your original reservation. Only guests indicated on the original reservation confirmation that you received by e-mail can check-in upon arrival. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. The hotel does not have an elevator.
