Best Western Plus Cobourg Inn & Convention Centre

Pool was fun for the kids and the onsite restaurant was tasty

I booked a room that said 2 queen beds and a sofa. Only had 2 queen beds. Had to ha e a kid sleep on the floor.

The pool is awesome for kids and we got to enjoy the hot tub. We also loved the 3 queen bed double room combination

Gym could be bigger - there is not a lot of room to exercise.

Convience of location. Staff! Friendly helpful patient professional.

Very satisfied.

The ease of checking in. Staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating to request.

Convenient location Restaurant on site Mall near the hotel for convenience

The lobby seems very dark and the check-in desk is not noticeable when you arrive. Windows level with people passing on their way to their car requires keeping your curtains shut at all times. Next time, 2nd floor.. My telephone didn't work.

Staff were all so happy and helpful. Dog friendly was a super plus.

Eager to clean our room too early.

friendly accommodating staff; stay was too short to allow use of facilities unfortunately

hockey kids.... gotta love 'em, but can get noisy ; Friday night bar was good, but mildly noisy, although didn't interfere with sleep

Location, great pub,

Key card had to be reprogrammed after the first day extra trip to reception unnecessary after leaving a credit card impression.

Cost and Location. Breakfast available at the pub at a cost, was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Front Staff was very nice and informative at check in.

The staff was amazing

The hallways were a bit dated and so was the bathroom. It was a bit more expensive than it should have been for what you recieved.

friendly polite and capable staff who were very helpful in directing us to local locations.the hotel was easy to find, very clean and catered to any special requests we had.the restaurant was clean, the serving staff pleasant, and served good food.

could consider a complementary breakfast.

The simplicity and ease of check into my room.

Quality of room, even though we booked a "standard" last minute not knowing what we would be getting.

Cleanliness

Rooma was pretty outdated and you could hear people walking above you.

It was was too overpriced for what we got.

Fantastic pool, friendly staff. Let us have a late check out due to our situation!!

clean

the description online indicated a queen bed, sofa bed, murphy bed. There were 3 of us so that sounded great. There was no queen bed. The murphy bed was a queen and the sofa bed mattress was really awful

The pool

The walls were paper thin and they put me and my 2 small children in a room next to a bachelor party that partied hard until finally leaving at 1 am. We complained to the front desk 3 times before they finally left.

from check in to check out experience was great

a free breakfast would have been nice ?

the pool was very kid oriented

the first floor smelled of smoke on way to pool...yuck!
