Pros +
- Great location. Clean room. Owners were very accommodating. Bed was comfortable.
- The view, the staff and the rooms were clean. Great hidden gem
- The bed and bathroom.
Cons -
- Surprised by the cost at first but it’s summer & high season for vacationers, heading into a weekend and Campbellford Fair had just opened across the street. But when I arrived I was very satisfied with everything. I’d stay there again but not in a high season.
- Everything was good.
- Rooms were small, longer than 1 or 2 nights would have been difficult. Booking.com said check out was 11am but when you get there check out is actually 10:30am. Only 2 towels in the room but yet it sleeps 4 people

Everything was so much better than I expected

The location was perfect by the river was a bonus. Unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walkable to restaurants, recommended by the fellow checking us in. He was very friendly and informative.
Everything was good.
Was great for what we needed, great location & clean

We stayed the first weekend of December with snowfall. Can’t say much but the view in the morning was still beautiful. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and informative. He told about a place to eat and we were not disappointed at all. The food was good and affordable. We would definitely stay there again.
All in all it was a good experience for one night. It has a wonderful view of the river and has a patio area. There is also a swimming pool, however we were not able to enjoy most of these things because it was quite cold when we went.
My only real complaint was the bed, I didn't find it too comfortable, but I may just be a picky sleeper
Bed comfortable
Power went off in the morning. Bathroom sink needed repair. Only one coffee, no tea, sugar, or coffee whitener. No breakfast provided , no wifi
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice having a large fridge and microwave. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. The location on the river is fabulous and I was able to kayak directly from the dock. I would have liked to take more advantage of the grounds, as they had nice places to sit, a fire pit and a pool. Maybe next time.
Like most motels, it had thin walls and sounds could be heard between rooms.

Very handy location to visit family just outside of Campbellford. Quiet and clean, bed was very comfortable. If we were staying longer, we would have made use of the full-sized bar fridge/freezer and microwave: great bonuses!
There was a bit of a gap under the door, so we could smell the cigarette smoke from someone smoking outside.
I liked being so close to the river and the view I had of it from my room.
The people above were too noisy.
The family who runs the inn was very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely view of the river.
Super comfy beds!
Stairs to second floor. We are an older couple and it was difficult for us.
This is a hidden gem with well-cared for rooms and friendly staff. I can't think of anything we didn't like about the location. I will definitely book again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the Campbellford area.
Very clean.
Very expensive for what you get. Small, tight accommodations, but since we were only there to sleep it was fine. But I highly doubt I’d ever return due to the price they charged for that room.
Left early No time
Better signage of the inn
Nothing. I arrived with service dog and was told to get out. I was yelled at and the owner used profanity almost from the beginning. Save your money and stay away from this place. Cost me $170 for the place I wasn't allowed to stay. Owner refused to refund the money.
Absolutely everything. Extremely poor customer service.
