Room temperature controller was not working properly, staff was not cooperative

I like that, but this hotel was the interaction I had with one person at the front deskI was staying in Brantford as my brother was ill in the hospital.

Called before arriving to ensure I would have two beds . Got to the room and there is one bed . I call down to front desk and inform there was a mistake. I am told no you booked online and there is a hockey tourny so they get priority. There is a pull

All the staff including cleaning people were super nice.

Everything needs to be updated. The computer chair in my room is missing vinyl, the curtains were very old, pieces were missing and weren't even hung properly. There is no security on site! Only 1 person is at the desk at all times.The room locks were go

The hotel staff were unprofessional and I would not ever recommend this hotel or go back! Staff mad a mistake and needed to scan my credit card again and instead of waiting until I came to check out repeatedly called at 6am and tried barging in twice!

I dont even know where to start. This is the second time we have trues to stay at this hotel and both times we were left stranded. We had to sleep in the car the first time and we were lucky enough to get another hotel this time. Over --- lost in rooms

From the time of arrival to the time we left I had issues with the cards not functionning. The room had carpet, the bathtub wasn¿t draining (showering in your own feet in dirty water is no fun. I had asked for a ground floor and didnt get it

close to the highway, easy access. Restaurant connected to hotel. We had dogs with us, happy to have a hotel (pet-friendly) the location of the room was perfect, first floor, access direct to outside and on the side of the field in front of our room.

No ice 250$ deposit for a 75$ room Desk lady not welcomeing and had no clue what to do about the ice sitch

One of the beds had a broken frame, the windows had gunk on them (we took Clorox wipes to the door and it was filthy)

Jr hockey team booked in. Staff could not control or in force the COVID rules. Both adults and children used the hall way as a running track as a bar for the adults. A meeting room which was very load
