Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Brantford Conference Centre, ON

The front desk staff were incredibly nice and we got an upgrade to a suite for no extra cost! The room was amazing, it was clean and spacious.

This hotel was well laid out, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was extremely clean and spacious.

The staff were super friendly, love the coffee bar in the lobby and the fresh cookies or a really nice touch.

 I didnt think the TV was user-friendly

We had a problem with our lock on our door which caused my husband to be locked out for 3 hours. Staff tried to help. I hoped they would have given us a bit of money off our stay for the inconvenience. Staff needs more authority to make these decisions.

Room seemed renovated but certain things unfinished. Holes drilled in wall. Lamp with no shade on it. Breakfast not too great.

Checking in process. My room was ready but for some reason the front desk lady changed it to a beautiful top floor room which cannot fit all our children. So I need to go back and wasted 15 more minutes before to have my prereserved room back!

The lady working and serving the hot breakfast was very sweet.

The manager was absolutely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I will never return to the brantford Hilton.

The staff were short and not helpful, definitely no customer service skills and the communication among the booking on behalf of another person was not a great experience. ATM machine didn't work nor was the breakfast good.

the rooms are nice

we have rented king suites here before this one was sub standard. the safety bar in bathroom in tub was not secure.the bottom was not fastened to the wall. pull out couch was way to close to the bed , no way to walk around when pulled out. staff wonderfu

I was hoping for a suite as it said suite in the hotel name.

Nothing, on arrival, I was informed that it was closed and sent to the Marriott next door where I was subsequently charged an additional $50 for our stay. We were not informed ahead of time of the Hampton Inn's closure. Very Disappointing.

While at the TownePlace Marriott, the advertised free warm breakfast was actually a brown bag containing an apple, a Special K bar, & a bottle of water. The staff at the Marriott were friendly and helpful. Overall I feel deceived, extremely dissatisfied.

It was beautiful. Very modern and the tv was a smart tv so I could watch prime or Netflix etc. Spotify. Very clean. And a nice kitchen to cook a meal. All utensils , bowls etc.

Yes , there were hooligans outside in their cars all night making noise. Someone banging on the dumpster and just being total morons. Kept me awake most of the night.

The temperature of the water in the pool was too cold. Please turn up the heat.

Horribly light leakage through the windows that are West-Facing. I can only imagine how bad it is on the East-Facing side. Ill prepared for weekend morning breakfast rush. Understaffed on weekends.

Wow...This hotel was the best I've been in...the staff was super friendly...and the cleaning lady was very thorough ...really liked how good of a job she did...The manager was a VERY nice man..I would love to work with a man with such a good attitude ...
