Stayed here before and would likely stay again, the staff are friendly and nice.

The hotel is under going renovations and partially completed, the staff talked up how nice the renovated areas were, however even though there were very few guests we were giving a room in the under renovation area and the room was in need of a makeover.

The room was layed out very nicely. Also the shower was nice, and the bed super comfy!! Thank you!

The amount of tvchannels. Having the music channelto access would be nice!

The staff were very pleasant.

Hotel needs to be updated. It’s very old. I think the price was to high for what you get.

Location. Very easy to access, very close to all needs required.

No restaurant connected.

Staff was very obliging and found a storage area where we kept our bicycles. Staff also responded immediately when the TV remote was not responding. As a milk drinker, I appreciated cartons of milk being offered at breakfast.

Our room was very clean but the wardrobe was missing a door, a long mirror was off its hooks and leaning against the wall and the window screen was on the ground outside. When I mentioned the screen to staff, it was immediately re-installed.

Location and quiet

Could have been a little cleaner. Toilet had not been flushed and had been used when we checked in.

Trash in the basket from the ptevious occupant. Television didn't work properly. Bathroom door won't close at all. Room heater won't modulate heat. Fan ran all the time

Staff was nice

The room had a very strong smell of Javex. We both had headaches. TV basically no channels. We paid almost $--- for 1 night and the vanity was out in the bedroom, no tub small bathroom too small. Not even close to being worth he $$. Never Again!

Quiet, clean and best location

The tourists group ruined the breakfast.

It is a nice place to stay at close to downtown Bracebridge. Staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was good as well. I will definitely be coming here again the next time I visit Muskoka.

Location only. The hotel is really bad. Staff don't have any skills on what they're doing, terrible breakfast, and cleanliness was a nightmare. Dust everywhere.

In General. The rooms are acceptable, but that's it. Not managed properly, terrible breakfast, and staff rude and non educated.

I love staying here. The staff are fantastic, breakfast is great (they seriously have the best waffles ever, full muffins, real yogurt, fruit, clean food area, etc) & there are a variety of SERIOUSLY comfy pillows on each bed. The 2star rating is too low.

I have high standards and this hotel is very clean overall. The reason I didn't rate it a 10/10 is because they very much need to replace the grout in the bathroom because it's gross. This has been the case in every room I've stayed in, here.

I liked location and the fact that everything that I may have needed was within walking distance and it was a short drive to the quaint town of Bracebridge.

NO ELEVATOR. STAIRS LOCATED AT THE END OF THE BUILDING AND SOMEWHAT SMELLY.

We have stayed at the Sleep Inn Bracebridge many times and will continue to go there whenever we feel like getting away from the city. The staff is amazing and always helpful and friendly. The room's are always clean and comfortable.

Nice clean rooms and responsive staff, decent breakfast spread, free wifi throughout the hotel.

Too small breakfast area, the Air conditioning switches off automatically at night, no elevator for higher floors.
