The night staff at least they were friendly and courtesy

The management. They were rude, ungraceful, and downright ignorant.

Our hotel looked like a warehouse from the from and the decor was out of date. We got a chair instead of a couch. The beds were doubles instead of queens and sheets were too small causing them to pop off. Our "lake view" was of a tree.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.

We understand that due to Covid no continental breakfast could be served in a breakfast area, but we would have expected something set up on a sideboard or counter, so early guests could help themselves to some coffee/tea, juice, a bagel/pastry or fruit.

We had a room near the main stairwell and it was very noisy the first night with people coming and going

I was very impressed by the front desk staff.

The pool and change rooms are accessed through the fitness room which is awkward. The pool is quite cold. Bowling was also quite expensive ($10.50/person = $42 for 1-hour of bowling for 4 people). The fitness room & equipment is fairly old and run down.

Very friendly staff. Easy access to everywhere. Very quiet Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed...

They could have a continental breakfast for the price you pay for the hotel

Nice modern and clean room and hotel! Would come back.

I bit disappointed that there was no elevator, a bit inconvenient making extra trips to bring everything to the room then again when checking out.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and clean and the service is great. Really good value for your money. I recommend it.Fyi There is a bowling alley downstairs, they have a swimming pool, a hot tub and a big beautiful restaurant

Good location. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Restaurant on site was good. A bit expensive but large portions so couldn’t complain. Great people working there.

No heat in half the building. The pool change rooms were freezing and I had to change my girls in the weight room. The rooms were clean but the hotel is showing its age. Getting to the point of being seedy.
