Front desk confused about reservation thinking it still not paid for. Walls very thin you can hear sounds from adjoining room.

Space, beds and shower

Lots of nois, neighbours loud and no restricties, no order in the hallway or so, same in the morning. Walls and door should be more soundproof for internal noisy People and banging Doors.

Refurbished recently. Very clean. Lots of room. Good pillows, a/c and fridge.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom door did not close properly due to damaged floor tiles.

It's location

They changed cleaning products and it caused discomfort. Says there is breakfast and there is nothing. No coffee. Vending machines totally empty. So, just for sleeping and no amenities, the prices do not justify the stay.

It was cheap and can accommodate on a short notice. It also had a BBQ area.

The room smells & looked very old, only comes w/ 1 key, and carpet was a bit wet. Entering the room requires to hold at least 2 or more door handles and there were no hand sanitizers available esp. during COVID time. BBQ area did not have any lights.

Hotel location is very close to everything¿.quite location and nice hospitality and clean room . Definitely stay again in this hotel in future. Also has free wifi and parking.

The staff was friendly . The room was clean . I enjoyed the yard. We sat on the Muskoka chairs and just watched the sky. Peaceful

was a little disappointed in the breakfast. When I stayed in Knights Inn in Nashville the breakfast included meat eggs and potato as well as fruit and a selection of baked goods and cereals this Knights Inn didn't have that

they advertised continental breakfast but had very little....only cereal and toast and tiny muffins.....this is not a continental breakfast.....nothing we could eat therefore had to go out for breakfast

Room we were given was recently renovated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was modern with a "touch" mirror that illuminated the room. Breakfast was basic, with cerial, coffee, orange juice and toast.

The hallways had material that indicated that renovations were taking place.

Perfect location and a nice room for our visit :) Quiet and we were near the main exit :)

No remote for the TV but that really didn't matter for our stay :)

had noisy people in next room, loud,slamming doors etc. not the staff fault, but made for sleepless night

Continental Breakfast had only Kelloggs Cornflakes and bread for tost. No fruit or any other options. Nothing for Gluten-free items.

No ice machine !!!!!! For a long time !!! Poor breakfast !!coffee sucks !!!

Was quiet and centrally located. Star rating is a little harsh but for the money I had pretty low expectations.

Definitely needs some TLC. New linen and comforters would go a long way and replacing the screen doors would give the outside some much needed love.

Last minute decision to race an ironman triathlon led me to book here because it was all that was left at a decent rate. This hotel is pretty gross. Carpet is dirty, hallways and rooms stink. Towels looked yellow and dingy.

The staff scolded us for arriving late. They did not have shampoo which was the main reason for me booking a place to stay. Staff laughed when we asked. Continental breakfast was stale Cheerios and gross looking muffins. Sheets had cigarette burns.

The location was great. CLose to everything we needed

So ... Air conditioning didn't work, phones didn't work ... The walls are paper thin.... Not enough parking , was blocked in by someone that worked there at 600 am when I was trying to get out. The office was closed and the busses didn't work 😤
