Well maintained after at least 5 year-old, great staff, immaculate premises, amazing hot breakfast

Safe was kept at the bottom of closet (you have to be on your knees and hands to operate said safe; it should be at chest level). No stevia sweetener at breakfast room

It was very clean.

So we had a false alarm for the smoke detector in the hotel the fire department came and then it just kept going off five more times and it started at 4 AM. No one got to sleep till at least 8 AM and then they said we are not extending your check out.

The breakfast options were outstanding & theHotel employee's that ran it  were great!

I found it very cold in the lobby & most especially in the pool room, both of which had cold air blowing at all times.

After check in, my wife find blood spot on sheet. Asked hotel manager to change. later, find a charge of $38.58 on my bill. I have to call holiday inn/credit company to disrupt this charge.

It was modern design in the rooms in a way, and the fact that it's a new built gives it a nice clean feeling since most hotels don't

Very close to the highway, very loud road noise. It was also a very windy night and the hotel whistled at an incredible volume with the wind passing by. Did not really sleep with the wind noise and then early morning road noise from highway

The staff were courteous and the breakfast was great, huge selection of food, one of the best I've seen anywhere.

Well when we arrived we just wanted to relax but that was a little difficult to do when there was kids playing hockey in the hallway and they were loud.

The reception is very rude; the person is a young man from India.

Some of the staff were kind and helpful

We had problems with the shower and the blinds. We were moved to another room and everything worked well.
