Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auroa

It's clean, nice rooms, breakfast is good, staff is very friendly.

Clean room, friendly staff. Crazy nice pool (i didn't use it)

No restaurant. No basic amenities such as personal needs like toothpaste, massage oil.

Location and breakfast

Check in was deadly slow¿ only one person - with a foyer full of Hockey players and their equipment ¿ A second person eventually arrived and then the line started to move a little better¿ Parking was totally inadequate for the number of guests.!

Easy access and pet friendly; good area for walking the dog. Hotel is really nice and clean with excellent staff at reception.

Not one thing I did not like

Easily accessible. Very spacious. brightly lighted

some lighting fixtures did not work. however the stay was excellent

It had everything we were looking for in a hotel.

A recommendation: add towel racks. We had 3 people and we didn¿t have a place to put all the towels to dry.

Pool area, breakfast.

Not enough parking spaces (not everyone can park at the hotel), there was literally a bird nesting in our room.

Excellent staff

Room is tiny

the AC was not cooling the room enough at night. it was quite hot.

Front desk staff very friendly and location great

Clean

Everything was great

Staff was very friendly and the hotel & room were very clean. Overall experience was excellent!!

Friendly staff

No everything was perfect

I liked the size of the room, the gym and the pools, the decoration and especially, Sally the girl agt the front desk. She was very kind always.

Unfrotunatelly, we had a hockey team club that weekend and couldn´t enjoy the pool anymoire!

Location was easy to get to. Amenities around were easy to find. Parking if you are travelling for work and have a trailer is not ideal though.

Would of been nice to have some variety instead of the same options every day. Like maybe a different meat options instead of sausage for the 3 days we were there.

Breakfast was good. I like that they had bacon and eggs, not just carbs. Nice pool and hot tub, good staff. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely laid out.

A few suggestions - shower was too low flow and with only a rain head made it hard to clean all areas. A few things were broken but were fixed by the maintenance staff right away. The sink did not seem to be very strong and was 'flexing' when touched.

No housekeeping until after our 4th night despite asking for it several times. The desk clerk even made a note to clean our room on Tuesday and it didn’t get done. On Tuesday night I got a garbage bag from the front desk and emptied our overflowing garbages (they’re very small and don’t hold much!), brought towels down to get replacements etc. our room didn’t get done until the last day of our stay!

Modern, clean, quiet. Restaurants and malls are within walking distance.

Breakfast could be better.

The room was spacious and clean. T.V. was a decent size. Breakfast was good and 24hr. coffee station was nice to have. Also the bathroom and shower were a good size as well.

Was not aware that is was an adjoining room until after checking in. Would have preferred not to have that. Also the entrance door to the room did not automatically close as it did not square into the frame and had to be manually shut.

The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, there was a good choice for breakfast and the location was good for what we wanted to do.

The occupants of the room above us started what sounded like construction work every morning at 2:50am for approximately an hour. I even spoke with reception about it. Also the hockey teams who arrived the following weekend were pretty feral. The parents were so loud in the breakfast/reception area but the kids were running through the corridors shouting, they broke the hand sanitizers and wrecked the posters in the lifts, they were running through the corridor straight out of the swimming pool so things got very wet and slippery.
