- The staff is friendly and efficient. Great customer service
- Hotel employee at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in honoring my room request
- The staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant, from the valet greeting you coming in, the helpfulness of the front staff, rooms definitely meet are needs.
Cons -
- The room is getting a bit tired looking
- Alot of the public washrooms were out of order and with a 500 + AGM it would have been nice to have more toilets working
