- Upgraded me to a larger room without me asking.

- There is extreme traffic congestion in front of the lobby doors. Taxis seem to assume that they own that area. Parking is not convenient and expensive compared to other hotels in Winnipeg that provide complimentary parking.
- Horrible set up for parking, way too overpriced for what they offer and they take advantage of people who are sick and in need of being close to the hospital.
