- The guy at checkout was rude to my brother when he asked for a printed receipt. The guy said she will get an email. My brother said again my sister needs a printed copy of the receipt. He refused and just said she will get an email for the second time.
- Parking lot is a pot hole mess. The mud big hole messy exit
- We would have appreciated another electrical outlet in our room closer to the beds as we both use cpap machines and found it challenging to plug our machines in.

Staff except for morning front desk clerk, was unfriendly. Building was poorly maintained. Toilet and shower seemed dirty.
CHAIR AT DESK COLLAPSED. TV WOULD NOT COME ON, REMOTE SEEMED TO WORK. MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK. IN MORNING BOTH COFFEE MACHINES IN EATING AREA WERE BROKEN. VERY POOR OVERALL. WHY DON'T HOTELS HAVE ONE USB CHARGING PORT SOMEWHERE IN EACH ROOM?

A surprise to me as i had not stayed with this hotel brand before, clean and comfortable environment, with Covid it was comfortable.
It is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are big and comfortable and the bathroom alone deserves a 5 star rating! It was an excellent room to stay in!
The check in person was RUDE RUDE RUDE! This is the second time we had to deal with him and both times he was just RUDE! This time he went as far as humiliating me in front of other guests! He should NOT be working with the public!

It's very clean as they left a piece of chicken wing on the floor from the previous guest's stay. I wonder if there's anyone to clean it or how well they clean the rest of the room.
