- The raid cards for room access etc are old and do nor function correctly. Our were reprogrammed 3 tines and mine still did not allow access to the fitness area or the door from Dennys

- They canceled my reservation for my first night then I had to rebook for the 2nd night. They charge a security deposit up front that they don't tell you about or mention anywhere on their website.
