Hampton Inn By Hilton and Suites Regina East Gate

Pros +

• Location was very good near Hwy 1. Room was okay. Bed was very good.
• The breakfast was pretty good. My family enjoyed making a waffle and having coffee and juice in the morning.
• This hotel is poorly constructed and poorly maintained. It needs a redo. Carpets in 4th floor hallways are wrinkled, pieces of carpet in front of 4th floor elevator were loose and one woman tripped going into the elevator. In our room the grouting bad.

Cons -

• The TV was not working when we arrived. They got it going, but the selection of programs was terrible- old movies, program guide indicated Fox News was available but it wasn¿t, TV difficult to use and their was no onscreen guide.Room is small.
• I booked this hotel because it had a pool/hot tub but when we arrived we found out they were both closed for renovations. This info wasn't mentioned to me at any point during the booking process and had I known that I would've chosen another hotel.
• the hall way look very upkeep carpet was ripped the toilet in my room rocked the shower door leaked and there bed were not comfortable like all Hamptons hotel
